OSSD now offers Secure Online Registration. In an effort to keep costs from increasing we have taken steps to make things easier. Online registration is Secure, Fast, Effective and Convenient. In under 5 minutes you can register for a class, pay and recieve your receipt. Simply select the course you are interested in from the class list under "Programs" and follow the steps to completing your online registration. General Registration Information / Policies
Refund Policies
Refunds will be granted up to one week prior to the start of a class but must be requested in writing. A $25.00 administration fee will be deducted. No refunds are given after the start of a course/workshop. If a student is unable to continue because of illness, a credit will be held over to the following course/workshop upon receipt of a medical letter. Credits not claimed after 12 months will be forfeited.
Cancellations
OSSD reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment. Registrants will be notified before the start of the course and will receive a full refund. Due to tight studio scheduling we are not able to reschedule classes which are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions. Every effort will be made to notify classes as soon as possible of any such cancellations but please call the office 567-6788 if you are not sure. No refunds/credits are given for missed classes, late registrations or classes cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.
NSF cheques
Accounts will be charge $25.00 for NSF cheques.
Payment of Fees
Fees quoted are for one semester or workshop unless otherwise stated. Fees may be paid by cheque, cash, credit card or debit. Fees are due in full prior to the start of the class. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; spaces cannot be reserved in advance without payment. Complete course fees are due at the time of registration. Students 15 years and over will be charged GST in addition to tuition fees.
Waiting List
In the event that a course is full, please contact the office to have your name put on a waiting list at (613) 567-6788 or email info@ossd.com. With enough interest we may open another class. The waiting list will be called only if space becomes available. Also, check the website frequently for changes or updates to the status of the course.
Audition Classes
For courses that require an audition or interview, please contact the office for more information.
