General Description

Yoga for Artists
Whether your art is acting, music, writing or the 'art of being', yoga offers tools that can support your ability to perform at maximum potential. It can help facilitate the creative process by awakening the body, engaging the senses and balancing the breath. It encourages a trusting relationship with your body and in turn a free flowing relationship with energy, emotion and spirit.
