A production of the First Year Pre-Professional Students

OSSD first Year Pre-Professional students have an exciting project that they undertake in
April. They are responsible for creating 20 minute paired “Vocal Masques”. These pieces
are linked together thematically, but can come from any plays or scripted material. These
masques will form the basis for their end of year presentation “Theatre Smorgasbord 2”
on April 25th. It’s an evening where you can get a peak into some of OSSD’s rising stars.

A Collaborative Creation by The Young Actors’ Company under the direction of Kristina
Watt.
Performances APRIL 12 & 13, 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.
The Canadian Museum of Nature.
Free with admission to the Museum of Nature.
This collective creation written and performed by the OSSD Young Actors Company
explores theatrically the astounding world of Pollination--where underneath Nature's
beauty, there lies bizarre trickery, fatal treachery and fascinating relationships.

original collective play, directed by Kristina Watt. THE PAGE TO STAGE
COMPANY presents a one act play directed by Kristina Watt.

COMPANY will be directed by James Richardson (Artistic Director of Third
Wall theatre) in “Mugged” by Andrew Payne. Ticket prices: $12.00 for adults,

• MAY 14 – 16: 7:00 p.m. Natalie Stern Studio Theatre: THE STUDIO ONE
COMPANY is performing “Guys and Dolls”, directed by Emmanuelle Zeesman,
with Musical Direction by Theresa Cillis O’Meara. Ticket prices: $15.00 for
adults, $12.00 for students and seniors
• MAY 22 – 24: 7:00 p.m. Natalie Stern Studio Theatre: THE STUDIO TWO
COMPANY is performing “Pajama Game”, directed by Natalie Fraser Purdy,
with Musical Direction by Theresa Cillis O’Meara. Ticket prices: $15.00 for

• MAY 28 – 31, 7:00 p.m. May 31, 2:00 p.m.Academic Hall, University of Ottawa,
133 Séraphin-Marion St: THE OSSD PERFORMANCE COMPANY is
performing “Alice Through the Looking Glass”, by Lewis Carroll, adapted by
James Reaney, directed by Amanda Lewis and Emmanuelle Zeesman. Ticket
prices: $18.00 for adults, $12.00 for students and seniors.
• MAY 27 – JUNE 7, Irving Greenberg Theatre Centre: In association with Third
Wall Theatre, THE PRE-PROFESSIONAL COMPANY is performing in
“Tartuffe” by Moliere, in a new adaptation by David Whitely.
