OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
PART-TIME - WEEKENDS
The Ottawa School of Speech & Drama is looking for an Office Administrator to work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays from September 18 to the end of April.
Duties include front-line reception services; knowledge of program information; telephone, email and fax inquiries; registration, including processing payments by credit cards; maintaining database (Filemaker Pro); organize and manage reception office and provide general administrative support for OSSD staff and instructors.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have previous office administration experience; strong database skills; strong organizational skills, experience working with the public and especially children; provide general administrative office support for staff and instructors; will be able to work in a lively, busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
The Ottawa School of Speech & Drama is a non-for-profit charitable organization that provides training and education in Drama, Theatre, Speech Arts and Musical Theatre for students of all ages.

Production Manager:
We are looking for an individuals who will help with the organization of several productions that are produced by the OSSD and OTS.

Volunteers Needed:
We are looking for individuals who will help with the refreshment tables - make coffee, pour juice, unwrap cookies etc.
It is a fun and busy place with many people coming through the school. If you think you could offer us a couple of hours, please contact Sheila Sturk-Green at ssturkgreen@ossd.com Student volunteers are welcome!
